The protocols are adapted to different ages and are tailored to the reason  you purchased such as pain treatment, preventive medicine, improving quality of life, diseases , for those suffering from cold, emotional problems, sleep quality, and more.

It is recommended to drink water before and after using the mattress to prevent dehydration and assist in the recovery process.

The heat continues to ” work ” in the body for 6-8 hours, so it is recommended to eat hot food, hot drinks and rest after use.

It is not recommended to go to the gym, turn on the air conditioner or shower immediately after staying on the mattress. Physical activity, showering or air conditioning will stop the rehabilitation and healing process, but they are not dangerous.

Contraindications:

Pregnant women, women with silicone implants, after injections of hyaluronic acid or silicone (not while lying down directly and with the mattress away from the implant or filler), surgeries that have not yet healed or open wounds and very weak people who may be  more weakened by heat.

The mattress heats water molecules, so there is no problem with metal, plastic, and other non-water-absorbing implants .

Operating the mats :

Turn on with the power button.

Select the desired usage time and desired therapeutic temperature.

After selection, the display will show the room temperature and within a few minutes will rise to the temperature you selected.

When the mattress is covered, it will heat up faster.

Cover the mattress with a cotton sheet or a thin cotton towel and cover yourself with a blanket.

Do not stay near the air conditioner while in use .

The Onnetsu mattress should be used consistently in winter and summer with the same frequency.

It is recommended to stay on it wearing thin cotton clothing or naked.

To make your stay on it more comfortable and enjoyable it recommended placing a cotton or bamboo mattress protector over the mattress  and a fitted sheet over both.

It is recommend that you spend between half an hour and two hours on it during the day  lying on your back, stomach, and sitting. Once you get used to it and the feeling is pleasant, you can increase it to up to 5 hours during the day, with breaks.

For those who want to sleep during the night After two weeks of daily use and the body’s adaptation, it is recommended to heat the mattress to 50 degrees about 10 minutes before bedtime and gradually adjust to a sleeping temperature of 37 to 42 degrees.

Do not sleep at high temperatures , the heat will be tiring and will not aid in healing. The high temperatures are suitable for treatments during the day.

If sweating begins during day and night treatments, the temperature should be reduced by a degree or two and always above body temperature .

Patience and persistence are required until the body gets used to the heat and derives the most benefit from it. It takes time for the cold, toxin-rich body to cleanse itself, dilate blood vessels, improve blood quality, and aid in healing.

Adults – During the day, start using a temperature that rises from 45 to 65 degrees and when sweating begins, reduce by one to two degrees. It is recommended to start with an hour a day and reach up to 5 hours a day with breaks. Staying on the mattress at high temperatures can be tiring and debilitating.

Babies – Do not stay on the mattress  at more than 45 degrees. Lie on it for an hour with breaks at a time. It is not recommended for babies to sleep with the mattress on.

Children up to the age of 12 – During the day, it is recommended to use a range of 40-50 degrees for about two to four hours a day. It is not recommended to sleep with the mattress.

Detoxification treatment for adults with the Onnetsu mattress

It is recommended that adults over the age of 20 undergo a detox treatment once a week.

Place a towel on the mattress, lie down at a temperature of 65-70 degrees, cover yourself with a thick blanket and sweat for about half an hour to detoxify, like a sauna treatment.

It is recommended to operate the mattresses during all seasons and with all treatments and patients for whom the mattresses are suitable.

The mattresses will improve the intensity of the treatment and the rate of improvement.

On cold days or when there is air conditioning nearby, it is recommended to cover the mattress and cover the patient to maintain the temperature.

The heat continues to “work” in the patient’s body for several hours after the end of the treatment. Therefore, it is recommended to eat hot food, drink hot drinks not do strenuous physical activity and not take showers for about six to eight hours after the end of treatment.

cancer patients – The temperature should be gradually increased to the maximum that the patient can tolerate and to the temperature before sweating (cooling). It is recommended to gradually reach 70 degrees. At each stage of the disease and depending on the treatment they receive, the temperature they can tolerate will change.

Patients change their constitution within a few treatments, so it is recommended to diagnose by touch the palms of their hands when they enter the clinic and feel the stiffness of the body and the temperature in order to accurately treat the mattress. From time to time, it is recommended to put a hand under the patient to feel if he is not sweating.

When a patient comes in with acute pain – You can start from high heat (50-60 degrees ) for 10 minutes and reduce to 42-45.

Alternatively, you can start at a temperature close to the patient’s body temperature and gradually increase it to the maximum before sweating.

For patients who need softness and gentle warmth – a towel can be added over the mattress, which does not impair the quality of the treatment and also slightly reduces the sensation of heat and the hardness of the crystals.

Signs of healing / side effects :

The hyperthermic mattresses are very powerful and signs of healing may appear such as: worsening of existing pain, worsening of numbness, nausea, dizziness, headaches, worsening of hot flashes, excessive sweating, and more. You should continue with the heat treatments until the symptoms subside. Interrupting or spacing out the treatments is not recommended to avoid stopping the healing process.

There are no known cases of worsening of existing pathologies or the appearance of new symptoms, but rather only temporary symptoms as part of the healing process.
